    I agree with your points regarding unrealized value from IT spend. To be fair to CIOs, the operational execs share in the problem also whenever IT is told to march down a path based on what is often a knee-jerk reaction from another CXO.

    Your "BusinessAsAService" ideas are interesting. Are you suggesting that business services are meshed with SaaS applications to become greater than simply a better way to license software?
